an 070 number from OUTSIDE the UK some lesser quality Networks may not
connect your call, this is not a problem associated to the Number, it is a
problem created by the Network Provider. If your Network provider does not
allow calls to UK based 070 numbers, complain to them.. we are unable to
complain on your behalf. The more complaints they receive about blocking
access to these numbers the more likely they are to change their policy.
DO NOT accept the excuse that 070 numbers are PREMIUM RATE NUMBERS - They
most definitely are not. Premium rate numbers in the UK start 09.
